

Emma Lamberty, 11 years, of Montgomery, IL, gained her angel wings on December 29th, 2016, after a courageous battle with Lymphoblastic Lymphoma T-Cell cancer, surrounded by her loving family. Emma was born on June 14, 2005, to Matt and Katie Bagdonas-Lamberty, one minute before her twin brother, Kyle. Her older brother,Timmy, was delighted to welcome home two siblings. Along with her parents and brothers, Emma leaves to cherish her memory her grandparents, John and the late Cathy Bagdonas and Gerry and Dan Lamberty; Great-grandparents, Harold and Nancy Anson; Aunts and Uncles, Tiffany (Otto Linwood III) and Tim Lamberty and the late Christine (Jonathan) Locklin; Great aunts and uncles, Cheryl Barr, Debbie (Bill) Strodtman, Jeanne (Sal) Mascheri, Judy (Paul) Durbak, Patty (John) Gates, Bobbi (Chris) Zimmerman, Bev (Bob) Macdonald, Greg (Colleen) Lamberty, Donna Lamberty, Deb Lamberty and the late Joe (Judy) Bagdonas; Cousins, Evan and Keira Locklin; Many friends.
Emma loved her family and friends. She enjoyed school and playing soccer. She recently started playing the violin. Emma was creative, artistic and enjoyed singing.
A visitation will be held at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home, 17w201 Roosevelt Road, Oakbrook Terrace, on Friday, January 6th, from 3-9 PM. A funeral service will be held at Glen Ellyn Bible Church, 501 Hillside Avenue, Glen Ellyn, on Saturday, January 7th, at 10:30 AM. Interment Assumption Cemetery, Wheaton.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital for the unmatchable care and support through Emma’s illness. The family also wishes to thank their friends and family for their support during this difficult time.
