Johanna "Kate" Katherine Houser, nee Erickson, age 95, of Burr Ridge, IL, died at home on August 21, 2013. Cherished wife of the late Rev. Dr. Donald L. Houser, Beloved mother of the late William J. Houser and the late JoAn L. Vitellaro; Proud grandmother of Lizabeth K. Vitellaro; Loving sister of Regina Keenen; Fond aunt of dozens of nieces & nephews and their families. She will be missed by dear friends the August and Vitellaro families. Kate was predeceased by her parents, Fred and Gertrude Irvin Erickson and sisters Maude, Julia, Nora, Freda and Ida Bell and brothers, Oscar, John, Carl, Fred and Orvid. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 9:30 am until time of service, at 11:00 am, at Christ Lutheran Church, 60 55th Street, Clarendon Hills, IL 60514.
