John Patrick Kintz, Army veteran, age 71, passed away on September 9, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Barbara Kintz. Loving son of LeRoy and Dorothy Kintz. Loving brother to Linda, LeRoy, Mary (Pete), Karen, Dorothy (Mike) and Robert (Vonda). Dear Stepfather to Cathy (Ron) and Donna (Mike). Loving grandfather to Tiffany, Britanny, Stephanie, and Samantha; and great-grandfather to Maddox, Maverick, Kamara, Isaiah, and Jacob; and uncle and great-uncle to many.
A memorial visitation for John will be held Friday, October 3, 2025 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home, 17w201 Roosevelt Road, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. Following the memorial visitation will be a graveside service at Mount Emblem Cemetery, 520 East Grand Ave., Elmhurst, IL 60126.
