Passed away peacefully on November 18, 2014.
Resident of Bethlehem Woods, where Jack made many friendships.
He was preceded in death by Louise, his wife of 56 years, Val, his wife of 5 years, and his sister, Mary Margaret.
Loving father of Brian, Steve (Mary), Carolyn, Kathy, and Laura;
Caring step-father of Eric (Ann);
Cherished grandfather of Allison and Grant;
Beloved brother of Frank and Murray (Barb).
Memorial Service will be on Saturday December 6, at 11:00 A.M., at the Congregation of St. Joseph, 1515 W Ogden Ave, La Grange Park, IL.
There will be a memorial visitation before the service from 10:30-11:00 A.M., also at the Congregation of St. Joseph.
