Maureen L. Juwig, 90, formerly of Augusta, Ga., passed away February 9th in Downers Grove, Il. Beloved wife of the late Guenther P. Juwig and loving mother of Diane (Ralph) Homann, Randy (partner Steve Schneider) Juwig, Bryan (former spouse Joan) and the late Philip Juwig.
Dear grandmother of Holly (Tom) Harty, Wendy (Dan) Smith, Brandon (Ann) Juwig, Adam Juwig, and Taylor Juwig.
Great grandmother of Connor, Ryan and Quinn Harty, Collin and Josh Smith, and Kingston Juwig.
Preceded in death by dear friend Harold Walker.
Maureen was an employee of The Augusta National Golf Club beginning her career in 1960 as a switchboard operator and retiring in 1990 as the Executive Secretary.
Maureen was a long time member of Cliffwood Presbyterian Church. Visitation Friday, February 13th, from 2:00-4:00 pm at Elliot Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road. Interment is private.
