Jerry was born April 12, 1961, to the late John David Birchfield and Bertha Marie Brown.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Richard Birchfield.
Survivors include his children, Steven Lynn Birchfield and Seth Lawrence Birchfield (Rybak); brothers, William David Birchfield and Robert Allen Birchfield; a sister, Lorri Ann Birchfield (Fuller); grandchildren, Thomas Lynn Birchfield, Riley Marilyn Mae Birchfield, and Lilly Caroline Rybak; and life partner and child, Diane Parker and Emily Parker.
