She was born in 1947 in New York, New York to Francisco and Juanita Cuevas and was the second oldest of eight siblings. She was pre-deceased by her brothers, Frank, Charlie and David and is survived by siblings Diana, George, Lucy and Jeanette. Theresa, served in the U.S. Postal Service and lived in the Bronx, New York for most of her life before relocating to Florida in early 1990's.
She is survived by her children: Kristine (Frank); Ivan (Yvonne); Melissa; Elizabeth; and Marisol (Brian);
Grandchildren: Melanie (Victor), Vanessa (Jorge), Orestes, Destiny, David, Ivan Chase, Tessa Lilli, Dustin, Jasmine, Justin.
Great-grandchildren: Leila, Jakob, Kaitlin.
