Born in Youngstown, Ohio to Andrew and Catherine Armstrong, she grew up loving to fish, be outdoors and travel with her family. She met her lifelong soulmate Bill Fugitt. After they married, the journey began to Florida where they would settle in a house that they built in 1960 on a small farm raising horses, cows and building a family and a life of love. She never met a stranger. So many called her Nana. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Catherine Armstrong, her loving husband Bill Fugitt, and daughter Barbara Cone. She is survived by her grandchildren Sam Cone (Noel), Elijah Cone, Kalyn Lemily (Frank), nieces Pam Smith, Cindy Long and Sue Robinson and her Great grandchildren Hayleigh, Tanner, Autumn, Mackenzie, Wesley, Wyatt and Sawyer.
