

Mrs. Kobrin Klatsky graduated from Asbury Park High school. She was very philanthropic; she was the President of the first chapter in Red Bank for Deborah Hospital, on the board of Governors at Riverview Hospital, on the women’s board at Mid- Atlantic National Bank, President of Sisterhood at Congregation B’nai Israel, member of Hadassah, President of the PTA, regional chairman of the cancer drive, worked for March of Dimes and the Heart Association, life member of the National Council of Jewish Women, life member of Congregation B’nai Israel in Rumson, chairman of Riverview Auxiliary at Shadow Lake Village, and the first woman to receive Citizen of the Year Award from Red Bank Kiwanis Club.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Honorable William I. Klatsky of 37 years, and by her second husband, Howard Kobrin of 8 years, and her brother Nathan Kasrel. She is survived by her three sons; Alan Klatsky and his wife Maxine, of Colts Neck, NJ, Steven Klatsky and his wife Jane, of Rumson, NJ, and Fred Klatsky and his wife Kathy, of Holmdel, NJ, her brother, Jerry Kasrel and his wife Phyllis, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, eight grandchildren; Brian Klatsky, Lauren Siegel and her husband Andy, Leigh Alexander and her husband Matt, Matthew Klatsky and his wife Lindsay, Jamie Taffet and her husband Andrew, Michael Klatsky and his wife Marie, David Klatsky and his wife Abby, Jaclyn Klatsky, and twelve great grandchildren. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grammy, and great- grammy.
A graveside service will be held at 10am on Sunday December 27th, 2015 at Congregation B’nai Israel Cemetery, Tinton Falls. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Congregation B’nai Israel, Rumson, to the Ann Klatsky Fund.
