Joseph passed away peacefully on February 12th. He was 92 years of age. Born in the Bronx, NY. The son of the late Rose and Isador Kramer. He worked in Siperstein paints and was retired in 1959. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II as an airplane mechanic. His first wife was Arabelle Stern who is deceased. He is survived by his wife Rose, his son Stuart and his wife Jan, his son Mark and his wife Joan, and daugher Renee and her husband Tom McPartlin, grandsons;Shaun McPartlin and fiance Megan Ackerman and Drew McPartlin. Joseph lived in Greenbriar, Brick, NJ, where he played shuffle board, bocce, pool,and had a great love for the game of golf. He was a member of JWV Post 125. Bloomfield-Cooper was in charge of arrangements.
