A funeral service for Ruth will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 2130 Highway 35, Ocean, NJ 07712. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM at United Hebrew Cemetery, 122 Arthur Kill Rd, Staten Island, NY 10306.
