Alexa Janelle Chavez 4 months old infant daughter of Alexis Chavez and Lorett Gutirrez passed away Monday December 12, 2011 at UMC~ University Medical Health System in Lubbock, Texas. She was born July 26, 2011 in Lubbock, Texas. She is survived by parents Alexis Chavez and Lorett Gutirrez of Odessa, Paternal Grandparents: Pedro and Nelida Chavez of Odessa, Maternal Grandparents Ruben and Ernestina Esparza of Odessa and a host of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
