Bonnie Jean (Eaton) Chandler

Bonnie Jean (Eaton) Chandler, 58, of Odessa passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Medical Center Hospital. She was born February 20, 1956 in Monahans to Bob & Emma Lou (Bowman) Eaton. She was the Director of Antioch Christian Education Center.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents Rufus & Bonnie Bowman, Elmer & Netia Eaton & aunt Linda Hicks. She is survived by her parents Bob & Emma Lou Eaton of Odessa; husband Steve Chandler of Odessa; sons Matt Plemons of Abilene, Michael Plemons & wife Jana of Odessa; daughters Kristin Groves & husband Kyle of Odessa, Allison Chandler of Lubbock, Hilary Weyerman of Leander, TX; grandchildren Campbell Plemons, Clare Plemons, Carlee Plemons, Faith Groves, Farrah Groves, Austin Swafford, Hannah Renault & Chase Weyerman; brothers Curtis Eaton & to be wife Corrina Pallanez, Roddy Eaton & wife Barbara; father-in-law Bob Chandler & wife Barbara; brothers-in-law Ronny Chandler, Kyle Chandler & wife Jen; nieces & nephews Veronica Chandler, Ashlee Chandler, Erica Eaton, Kayla Eaton, Bradley Eaton, & Brandon Eaton; best friends Melinda Rieken, Kim Maher & Heather Herridge & last her church family at Antioch Christian Church in Odessa.

A visitation with family and friends will be 5:00 to 7:30 pm Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 1, 2014 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Matt Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to ACEC, 4040 Maple, Odessa, TX 79762, to the scholarship fund.
