Carlos Genaro Benavides

In our heavenly kingdom and in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is to be found a beloved husband, father, son, brother and dear friend Carlos G. Benavides, 44, of Odessa Texas. Carlos passed away Friday, February 5, 2016 at Odessa Regional Medical Center Hospital, in Odessa Texas. He was born November 13, 1971, in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico to Martin and Manuela Garcia Benavides. He is preceded in death by his father, Martin Benavides. He is survived by his wife Ana Maria Garcia Benavides of Odessa, Texas, Sons: Patrick Bejarano and Yishai Benavides both from Odessa, Texas. Daughters: Itzel Benavides and Yaretzy Benavides both of Odessa, Texas Mother; Manuela Garcia Benavides of Odessa, Brothers: Octavio Benavides, Abelardo Benavides, from Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico, Sergio Benavides, Lazaro Benavides, Martin Benavides, all of Odessa, Texas. Sisters: Martha Colomo of Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. Moraima Ortiz , Graciela Samaniego, Belma Rico, Leonorilda Rodriguez, all of Odessa, Texas He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

We the family would like to take this time to express our utmost sincere gratitude and appreciation to each and every one for all the prayers, floral arrangements, food offerings and especially your presence with us during this difficult time. May God bless you all abundantly. Pallbearers will be: Patrick Bejarano, Yishai Benavides, Cesar Benavides, Erik Benavides, Mario Samaniego, and Elco Benavides. Visitations will be held Tuesday February 9, 2016, from 8am-9 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Odessa Funeral Home . Chapel Services be held Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 10:00 am at Odessa Funeral Home 1700 N. Jackson, Odessa, Texas, with Rev. Fernando De Luna officiating. Interment will be held at Ector County Cemetery, the Peaceful Garden Section.
