Cathie Harden, age 68, a long-time Odessa resident, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2010, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
She was born on May 1, 1942, to O.A. and Leona (Bishop) Buttrell in McCamey, TX. She was married to Perry Harden and was a secretary for an auto sales company.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Rory Dean Campbell.
She is survived by her husband, Perry Harden of Odessa; her sons, Mike and Ranny Phillips, both of Katy, TX, Joey Tate of Kingsbay, GA, her daughters, Kim Spruill, Teresa Johnson, and Tracee Haddock, all of Odessa; her sisters, Sue Bowen of Midland, and Pat Sproul of Ft. Davis; seventeen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with Bob Thayer officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
