Christopher "Chris" Darren Butler

Christopher Darren Butler October 30, 1972 - July 17, 2018. It is with great sadness that the family of Christopher Darren Butler make know his sudden passing on Tuesday July 17, 2018 at the age of 45 years old.

He is survived by his parents Bill and Robbie Butler, his siblings Billy Butler and Catherine” Cathy” Butler Mooney, his nephew Zackery Rymer and niece Caimee Anne Mooney. Chris was hard working principled, loving and a kind man. Chris will be forever in our hearts. His great compassion and innocence was experienced by all whose lives he touched. Chris was a committed child of God an active lifelong member of Eisenhower Church Of Christ., always involvedad willing to help. He was a loving, loyal son, brother-"Bother", uncle-"Unk" and friend to all. He was a dyed in the wool Longhorns fan truly committed as in everything he did. These fond memories and so much more will be cherished by his family, church family and friends as a memorial to his love and commitment to life.

The Celebration of Chris's life will be held in each heart that Chris encountered.

The formal Celebration will be at Eisenhower Church of Christ 807 E. 21st Odessa, Texas on Saturday July 21, 2018 at 10am.

The Family is suggesting donations in Chris's name to either St. Jude's Hospital or New Mexico Children' Home.

Services are entrusted to Odessa Funeral Home.
