She was born June 10, 1927 in Paris, Texas to John D. Haynes and Sarah A. Gates. She married Curtis Coy Mullins in March, 1946 in Bonham, Texas. She was a loving mother and a homemaker. She was a long-time member of Northside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 2 sisters, Ivy Hood and Lee Fisher, and brother, Jeff Haynes.
She is survived by son, Jimmie L. Mullins of Odessa; brother Ray Haynes of Stephenville, Texas; sister Beth Knapp of New Jersey; 4 grandchildren: Scott Mullins, Jimmie Mullins, Jr., David Mullins and Julie Lewis and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday, March 14, 2010, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
Funeral services will be Monday, March 15, 2010, 10:00 a.m. at Northside Baptist Church with the Rev. Clydell Chapman officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
