Harvey Martin, age 80, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Hospice House in Odessa.
He was born August 27, 1933, to John L. and Emma M. (Marler) Martin in Hazlehurst, MS. He served in the U.S. Army and later married Laberta R. Osburne on September 21, 1953, in Odessa. He worked for Permian Air Conditioning for many years before retiring.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers J.L. and Carl Martin.
He is survived by his wife Laberta Martin of Odessa; son Billy Martin of Odessa; daughter Debra Curiel of San Antonio; and sisters Donice Johnson of Houston, and Maude Alice Grute of Raceland, LA.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
