Jean Parker passed from this earth to Heaven on September 10, 2012 at the age of 82.
She was born October 6, 1930 in Winters,Texas to W.E. and Arrillia Doggett. Raised in Sweetwater, she graduated High School at age 16. June 1, 1947 she married J.C. Parker and raised two children. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and lifelong husband of 46 years, (6) brothers & (3) sisters She is survived by daughter Judy King of Odessa, and son, Jerry Parker of California, as well as five grandsons, one granddaughter, thirteen great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren. Ms. Parker’s greatest joy in life was her “little ones” and she will be sorely missed by them all until that great family reunion.
