He was preceded in death by brother, Simon Medrano and sister, Alicia Escandon.

He is survived by sisters, Socorro Vargas of Roswell, NM Eloisa Perez Vargas of Hagerman, NM Manuela Moreno of Roswell, NM Aurora Gomez of Dexter, NM Maria Franco of Loving NM Sulema Ornelas of Hagerman, NM. He is survived by his wife, Emma Medrano, children, Robert Medrano, Ruben Medrano and wife Karen Medrano, Edward Medrano of Dalhart, Edmund Medrano of Midland, Catherine Garcia and husband Rodney, Steven Medrano and wife Debbie all of Odessa, 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ruben Medrano, Steven Medrano, Josh Baeza, Chris Medrano, Fabian Medrano and Bubba Garcia. Honorary Pallbearers will be Xavier Aguirre, Ethan Medrano, Javen Baeza, Brandon Sims and Sincere “Chuy” Aguirre

Visitation will be Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 5-8 pm at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

Rosary will be Sunday, September 18, 2016 at 7pm at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

Mass will be Monday, September 19, 2016 at 10:00 am at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
