In The Loving Arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is to be found A Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother, Joel Q. Gonzales 50, of Odessa passed away at his residence Wednesday June 22,2011. He was born June 19,1961 in Ft. Stockton, Texas to Marcial Gonzales and Consuelo Quintana. He was a Christian and a Painter. Mr. Gonzales was preceded in death by Parents; Marcial and Consuelo Gonzales, In-Laws; Fred White and Simona White. He is survived by Wife; Irene W. Gonzales of Odessa, Sons; Joel Gonzales Jr. and Isaac Gonzales both of Odessa, Daughter; Travasa Ellis of Rio Rancho, NM. Sister; Irene Flores of Odessa. 3 Grandchildren; Mya Gonzales, Jalen Gonzales and Aden Gonzales all of Odessa and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Many Friends. We the Gonzales Family would like to take this time and express our utmost sincere gratitude to each and everyone of you for all your prayers, floral ,food offerings and especially your presence with us during this most difficult time, A special gratitude to his niece Veronica Dominguez and Compass Hospice for all the wonderful loving care given to our beloved Joel. May God Bless You All Abundantly. A Memorial Service will be held at 11am Today Saturday June 25,2011 at The Dream Center Church located at 1618 E. Murphy , with Pastor Jimmy Dennis officiating. Interment to take place privately at a later date. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Odessa Funeral Home.
