John David Rodriguez

John David Rodriguez, 43, of Odessa passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at the Hospice House. He was born May 22, 1969 in Odessa to David & Elva (Garcia) Rodriguez. He worked as a janitor for Permian Tank.

He was a loving and caring man. He was the type of person who would give all his belongings if it would bring a smile or joy to anyone. He had a special place in his heart for children, he loved to see them smile and laugh. John had a great innocent sense of humor. He maintained his kindness, pride in his work and above all his love for his wife. Throughout his life he depended and sought the guidance of his loving brothers, Billy & Michael Evans, which he loved dearly. John was loved by all of his family, in particular he shared a special bond with his friend and mother-in-law, Pat Fazenbaker.

He is survived by his wife Deborah Rodriguez of Odessa, son, Joshua Aaron Martinez of Lubbock, brothers, Michael Evans & wife Daisy of Midland, Billy Evans & wife Theresa of Odessa, numerous nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts & friends.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel.
