Joyce was retired from AT&T after 32 years. Most recently she was employed by Basin Communications.
Joyce was a very beautiful and loving wife and mother, she had a great personality, and was very compassionate. She had a special talent for interior decorating.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eliberto Ontiveroz and Frances Samora, and sister Michelle Ontiveroz.
She is survived by husband: Gerardo Fuentes, daughter Kristin Fuentes, sons Joseph Derek Bernal, Michael Fuentes, Sergio Fuentes, Joseph Fuentes and wife Priscilla all of Odessa, Texas, brothers Eliberto Ontiveroz and wife Maria, Georgetown, Texas, Frank Ontiveroz, Odessa, Texas, Sisters Dora Onitveroz Odessa, Texas and Josie Villalobos and husband Gilly of Odessa, Texas. Granddaughter Kylee Fuentes.
A Rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. Monday January 10, 2011 at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday January 11, 2011 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church burial to follow at Ector County Cemetery
