Manuel Franco, 90 years of age passed away on November 1, 2011 at his residence. He was born on February 18, 1921 in Buena Vista ,Chihuahua, Mexico. Manuel was preceded in death by his wife; Gabriela Gonzales Franco and son Oscar Franco. He is survived by brother; Jesus Franco of Odessa, sisters; Socorro Franco, Maria F. Madrid, Juana F. Madrid all of Midland, Aida F. Benavides of Odessa, 5 grandchildren and 15 great grandchldren. A Rosary will be recited at 7 PM on Thursday November 3, 2011 at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 2 PM on Friday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Reverend Serafin Avenido officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery Rose Hill.
