Maria Baeza

Maria Baeza, age 83, of Odessa, Texas passed away on Friday, March 10, 2023. Maria was born in Balmorhea, Texas. She married Pedro Baeza on September 30, 1956 and they were married for 64 years when he passed away in 2020. Maria was a wonderful wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She loved her family more than anything. Preceded in Death Pedro Baeza, parents Timotheo and Cinderella Garcia of Balmorhea, TX. Brothers Martin, Andy, Steven, Mancito Garcia. Living Brothers; Tommy, Joe, Timotheo, Franky, Ramond, Armando, Robert, and Billy Garcia. Living Sisters; Lollie Lara, Beatriz Armendariz, Margie Garcia. Children; Pete and Elaine Baeza, Olga and Robert Lujan, Demetrio and Ida Baeza, and Ricky. Grandchildren; Demetrio, Stephanie, MaryAnn, Maribel, Jeremy, Donovan, Breanna, Brooke Great- Grandchildren; Arman Baeza, Ethan Perez, Aiden & Bella Baeza, Jasmin, Lilly, Demetrio Baeza III, Emma and Zeke Serrata, Max Cortez. Great Great-Granddaughter Aolani Baeza A public visitation will be held Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 1-9 PM at Odessa Funeral Home with the Rosary at 7 PM. Funeral mass will be Monday, March 20th at 2 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church followed by burial at the Odessa II section of Ector County Cemetery.
