

Patsy was a hairdresser for over 30 years and was loved by her clients. She loved dancing to Tejano music. She had a smile that could light up a room and was so very loved by her friends and family. She was a bright person with a bright personality. Patsy was a beautiful soul and was just as beautiful on the outside as well. She loved spending time with family for get-togethers, but especially cherished her time with her grandchildren whom she loved deeply.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Alicia C. Gonzales; and nephew and godson, Kabi Shrestha.
David W. Ramirez, age 54, of Odessa, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021. David was born December 6, 1966 in Kermit.
He worked for TXDOT and the City of Odessa. He enjoyed spending time with family and dancing to Tejano music with his wife. He could often be found relaxing outside, listening to music and smoking his Black & Milds. David also enjoyed cruising around with his wife, just to spend time together. He loved all things Harley-Davidson and loved to ride. He was a loving man who especially loved his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father, Guadalupe Ramirez, Sr.; mother, Manuela Alarcon; brother, Fabian Dominguez; and sister, Cecilia Dominguez.
Patsy and David are survived by their son, Albert Armenta and wife Giselle; daughters, Sonya Armenta and husband Anthony Faz, and Danielle Armenta and husband Jessy Valasquez; 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Patsy is also survived by her father, Arturo Gonzales; sisters, Olga Jacobo and husband Larry, Melanie Gonzales and husband Danny Garcia, and Sheila Shrestha and husband Rajesh.
David is also survived by his brothers, Guadalupe Ramirez, Jr. and wife Rachel, and Edgar Alarcon; and sisters, Brenda Campos, Benicia Rodriguez, Donna Franco, Debbie Montez, Lupe Acosta and Dolores Navarrette.
A public visitation for Patsy and David will be held Monday, September 6, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Odessa Funeral Home with the Rosary being recited at 7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, followed by interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers are Nathaniel Oranday, JoAngel Oranday, Isaiah Tavarez, Orion Tavarez, Victor Balderrama, Jayden Jacobo, Junior Ramirez and Jacob Jacobo.
