Pauline Ellis, 86, a long time resident of Odessa passed away Monday, January 17, 2011 at the Hospice House. She was born June 5, 1924 in Athens, TX. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cody & Della Garrett and her husband, Rufus Bates Ellis who died January 8, 2009.
She is survived by her son, Robert Ellis and his wife Kay of Rockport, TX, sister, Irene Shephard of Odessa, (2) grandsons, Derek Ellis and James Glover, (3) great-grandchildren, Whitney Ellis, Amber and Amber and Chloe Glover.
There will be a visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday January 19th at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Hospice House, 903 N. Sam Houston, Odessa, TX 79761.
