Samantha Roxann Tijerina (Sambo) 24 years of age, passed away on July 29, 2011 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. She was born on May 19, 1987 in Odessa. She is survived by her parents; Marhsall and Mary Kate Tijerina of Odessa, brother; Marcos Tijerina and wife Mari, sister; Priscilla Olivarez and husband Michael of Odessa, grandparents Ida Melton of Escondio Calif. and Anita Tijerina of Odessa, nieces and nephews; Jordan Tijerina, Makayli Olivarez, Urijah Tijerina, Aumree Olivarez, Aiden Olivarez, and numerous aunts and uncles. Visitation will be on Tuesday at Latter Rain Worship Center from 10 AM until 9 PM with a Service of Remembrance on Tuesday from 6 PM until 8 PM at Latter Rain Worship Center. Funeral service will be at 1 PM on Wednesday August 3, 2001 at Latter Rain Worship Center with Pastor Craig DeArmond officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery ( Rose Hill Section). Pallbearers will be Marcos Tijerina, Val Gonzales Jr.,Michael Olivarez, Betin Vasquez, Chris Zuniga, Brandon Watts, James Broyles, Ryan Brewer, Honorary Pallbearer Jordan Tijerina.
