Tomasa Lujan Tarango

Tarango. Ms. Tarango 94 of Odessa passed away Friday August 24, 2012 at her residence. She was born December 21,

1917 in Candalaria, Texas to Cipriano Lujan and Braulia Dominguez. On February 28, 1938 in Los Fresnos, Mexico, She

united in marriage to the love of her life Mr. Ramon Tarango and to this unification were born nine beloved children. Mr. Ramon

Tarango preceded her in death in 2005. Ms. Tarango was not only a Devout Christian Baptist Women who Loved and Served

the Lord Dearly but also a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her loving Husband: Ramon Tarango, Son Robert

Tarango ,Parents Cipriano and Braulia D. Lujan, Brothers: David Lujan, Jeronimo Lujan, Sisters: Benita Lujan, and Josefa

Rodriguez. She is survived by her loving Children; Three Sons: Ramon Tarango Jr & wife (Esperanza) of Grand Prairie, Tx,

Manuel Tarango & wife (Margie) of Portales, NMx. Raymond Tarango & wife (Lorreta) of Odessa, Tx, Five Daughters: Celia

Alderete of Manteca, California, Mary Whittemore & husband (Don) of Edgewood, Nmx, Maria Cruz Gonzales & husband

(Chon) of Dallas Tx, Gloria Sparks & husband (Richard), Anna Tavarez and Daughter-In-Law: Grace Tarango all of Odessa, Tx.

Brothers: Manuel Lujan of Burleson,Tx and Ramon Lujan of Presidio, Tx. 40 Grandchildren: 75 Great-Grandchildren:

Numerous: Great-Great-Grandchildren, Her special and little pet companion “Chiquita” and A host of Nieces, Nephews,

Cousins, and Many Friends. We The Tarango Family would like to take this time and express our utmost sincere gratitude to

from 9am to 9pm Monday August 27, 2012 with a Prayer Service at 7pm at Odessa Funeral Home, Services will be held at 10

Am Tuesday August 28, 2012 at Primera Iglesia Bautista (located at 1333 San Andres Odessa, Texas) with Reverend;

Fernando De Luna, Officiating, Interment to follow at Ector County Cemetery Rosehill Section.
