In Our Heavenly Kingdom and in the Arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, is to be found My Beloved Wife, Mother, Sister and Grandmother. Virginia Armendarez Salazar 60, of Odessa passed away Saturday September 18,2010 at Medical Center Hospital. She was born on June 17,1950 in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Alfredo and Juanita Armendarez. Ms. Salazar was a Christian Catholic and a homemaker. She United in marriage to Ramon Salazar on July 27,1970 in Seminole, Texas. She is preceded in death by Parents: Alfredo and Juanita Armendarez. Brother; Daniel Armendarez, and Sister; Margarita A. Macias. Mrs. Salazar is survived by Husband ; Ramon Salazar Sr. of Odessa, Son; Ramon Salazar Jr. and wife Leslie o f Odessa, Daughter; Rachel S. Mesa and husband Rafael of Odessa, Brothers; Alfredo Armendarez of Odessa, Benjamin Armendarez, Hobbs, NM, Roberto Armendarez, of Eunice, NM, Sisters; Catie A. Saenz of Eunice, NM, and Rose Mary Armendarez of Hobbs, NM. Grandchildren; Roxanna Quiroz, Ramiro Quiroz, Rafael Mesa IV, Johnny Ray Salazar, Viviana Salazar, Erica Salazar, Seth Salazar, Thalia Nieto and Great-grandson: Ayden Lopez and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Many Friends. We the Salazar & Armendarez Family would like to take this time and with a heartfelt embrace thank each end everyone of you for all your Prayers; Floral; Food offerings and especially your presence with us during this most difficult time. A special gratitude to all the staff and Dr`s at Medical Center Hospital for all the wonderful Loving Care given to my beloved Wife & Mother. The Family is forever grateful. May God Bless You All Abundantly. A Rosary will be said at 7pm today Tuesday September 21,2010 at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Wednesday September 22,2010 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Uecker officiating. Interment to follow at Ector County Cemetery Los Angeles Section.
