Anna Maria Roberts passed away peacefully in her home on December 26, 2024. Anna was born in Oklahoma City to Eystle Dell and Mabel Lurene (Osborn) Waits on February 16, 1958. She was one of five children and learned the importance of family at a very young age.
Anna lived most of her life in Moore, OK before moving to Yukon in 2000 and making it home until the day she went to be with the Lord.
On March 11,1995, she married Royice Dale Roberts in which they spent 29 loving and enduring years together. From this union they had one child, Tanner Roberts.
Anna worked as a paralegal for the Office of Chief Counsel. Anna also obtained an Associate’s Degree from Central State University. She loved serving others and always found a way to take care of the people around her. Whether that was family, friends, or animals -especially cats. She had a patient, caring, kind, meek, and nurturing heart to others which was expressed through her relationships as a wife, mother, sister, and friend. Anna had a great sense of humor. She loved watching movies, playing games, and spending time with others. She enjoyed going on trips whether that was camping by the lake with family, going to Branson, or the special memories she made on her trip to Alaska.
Anna was a strong believer in Christ and showed that through her fruits with everyone around her.
Anna is preceded in death by her parents, Eystle Dell and Mabel Lurene Waits.
Anna is survived by her husband, Royice Roberts of Yukon; son Tanner and wife Opal Roberts of Moore, OK; siblings Jim and wife Karen Waits of Mustang, OK, Alan Waits of Moore, OK, Carolyn and husband Larry Legg of Hot Springs, AR, and Patty Koczorowski of Blanchard, OK; four nieces; nine nephews; three great nieces; one great nephew and her furry companions Mattie, Sadie, and Ellie of the home which she loved dearly.
