Betty Louise Howell peacefully passed away on December 27, 2017. She was born on December 29, 1936 in Sasakwa, Oklahoma. Betty after attending high school she later became a homemaker where she spent time painting. She also enjoyed attending services at the Council Road Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by, her parents, and son, Michael Morris. Betty is survived by, her husband, Gary Howell; her son, Chris Morris; and her daughter, Lisa Morris.
