Billie Ray Frantz, Sr., 63 year-old resident of Harrah, Oklahoma, passed away August 23, 2013 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Born October 15, 1949 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, he was the son of Billy Joe Frantz and Lorma Leoma (Hoelscher) Frantz. Billy was a longtime commercial welder but he was an animal lover as well. He loved to ride horses and rope; train cow dogs; and even had a pet Longhorn steer named “Bevo”. Billy was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Gary Gene Frantz. Survivors include 1 son, Billy and his wife Kiley Frantz, Jr. of Harrah, Oklahoma; 4 daughters, Diana Woodall of McLoud, Oklahoma; Judy Armstrong of Virginia; Crystal Frantz and her husband Colton Clymer of McLoud, Oklahoma; and Cassie Frantz and her husband Jessie Williams of Earlsboro, Oklahoma; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Connie Bassett of Guthrie, Oklahoma; Karen Cramer of Harrah, Oklahoma; and Glenda Frantz of Guthrie, Oklahoma; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73141.
