Carol Gladstein McAlester Ross, beloved daughter of Margaret F. and Irvin A. Gladstein, McAlester, Oklahoma. Forever treasured wife of James E. Ross, New York, New York. Born May 12, 1938 and passed away on February 27, 2015 at 5:12 A.M. A great star of Oklahoma and Humanity. Her light cannot be dimmed. Carol is survived by her husband James E. Ross; sister, Bette Jan Brook; her step-children, Janna E. and Kathryn A. Ross as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends around the world. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Fairlawn Cemetery in Oklahoma City, OK. A Memorial Service will be held at Temple Emanuel in New York City at a date yet to be determined. She will be greatly missed.
