

Debra Kay (Stillwell) Forrest was born on June 18th, 1953 and passed on April 14th, 2023. She was born to parents, Jack and Betty Stillwell in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She graduated from Del City High School in 1971 and shortly after graduation she married her high school sweetheart, Rudy Forrest. They moved to Choctaw in 1980 where they raised their three daughters. Rudy and Debbie were married for 51 years and enjoyed life together.
She enjoyed spending time with family, traveling and going to the casino (her nickname was Lucky). Debbie loved to spend time at the lake and having lunch with her friends.
Debbie was generous. She always made sure everyone was taken care of. She was fierce in her love of family and unwavering in her Christian faith.
Preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Betty Stillwell; her sister, Sherry Massie; her brother, Ricky Stillwell and many beloved grandparents, aunts and uncles.
Survived by her husband, Rudy Forrest; daughters, Melissa Williams, Stephanie Forrest, and Jennifer Coley; her grandchildren, Kayla Williams, Caden Williams, Rylee Osmond (aka Frog), Ryder Osmond and Morgan Coley; her great-grandchildren, Jace and Jentry Pearman; her brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Dianna Forrest; her nieces and nephews, Angel Coburn, Stephen Massie, Jeff Massie, Shane Forrest, Shelly Greenhaw, and the Witherspoons.
She had people that she loved dearly who held a special place in her heart. Karen and Linda (the other two musketeers), Margaret Mueller, Larry McGough, Charles Melton, Jimmy Williams, Kassi Brooks, and countless others. She will be missed by many.
We love her and this isn’t goodbye, this is we will see you in Heaven!
A celebration of life for Debra will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141.
