Donna was born in Amarillo, Texas. She was the daughter of Walter and Bonita Farmer. She attended Rose State College and Oklahoma State University in Oklahoma City. She owned her own company, Data Doctors, and worked as the company’s principal software engineer.
She was a member of St. James Catholic Church for many years. She enjoyed puzzles, writing stories, going to the beach, fishing, and watching true crime stories. She will be remembered for her kind heart and compassionate nature, her love for her family, her faith, and her belief that miracles can happen. She did not give up on anything or anyone, and fought hard until the very end.
She is survived by her husband, Jim, her children, Rachel, Neil and Heather, and her grandchildren Cassidy, Katelynn, Hailey, Nathan, Camdyn, Anthony, Reagan, Aubryn, and Emilyn. She was preceded in death by her parents and her three brothers, Kirby, Larry and Kenny.
The funeral service will be held on March 14, 2025 at 10 am at Advantage Funeral Home with internment at Resurrection Cemetery. The viewing will be held from 3 to 7 pm on March 13.
