Donna Louise Wallace of Oklahoma City, OK, was born in Wewoka, Oklahoma on September 13, 1937 to Ernest Wayne and Dorothy (Files) Powell. She passed away at her home on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the age of 75 years. Donna was a homemaker who loved fishing, enjoyed smoking and loved jokes. She was a very charming, giving, and delightful person. Donna accepted and was very helpful to all people. Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Carl Wallace; one brother, Ernest W. Powell. Survivors include her brother, Paul David Powell; her best friend, who was like a sister, Bonnie E. (Liz) Glass; and Bonnie’s two sons, Ricky and Mickey Glass.
