Twenty-one weeks into the pregnancy, Hope was diagnosed with Trisomy 13, a condition that is considered incompatible with life. In her short time on earth, Hope made an impact that will be felt for years to come. She is loved dearly.
Hope was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Carolyn Peek Wilson and great-grandfather, Jerry Keeling.
Hope is survived by her grandparents Bradd and Madeline Schwartz, Doug and Tina Winzeler, great grandparents David B. Wilson, Vella Keeling, and Richard and Rae Winzeler, loving aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of good friends who supported her every step of the way.
The family would like to thank Dr. Julie Strebel, Dr. John Stanley, the wonderful nurses who cared for Hope and all of our family and friends who have walked this journey with us.
A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, September 19 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel at Crossings Community Church, 14600 N. Portland Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73134
It is the family’s wish that Hope’s memory be honored through charitable gifts to Mercy Health Foundation Oklahoma City to support infant loss and bereavement. Our desire is to create a living legacy for our daughter that will bless other families in their time of grief and loss. Donations may be made online at https://mercyhealthfoundation.net/communities/oklahoma-city/ or mailed to Mercy Health Foundation OKC in Memory of Hope Elizabeth Winzeler at 4300 W.
