Hubert was born on August 28, 1980, in Baguio City, Philippines, to Enrique and Helen Dulay. He spent his early years in the Philippines before later living in California and ultimately making his home in Piedmont, Oklahoma.
Hubert had a deep appreciation for life’s simple joys. He loved country music and was a devoted fan of Rod Stewart. Sunny days found him walking around his farm, enjoying the land he cared for so deeply. He had a playful spirit and was known for teasing his relatives and friends, always bringing laughter to those around him.
Strongly protective, especially of his family, Hubert was a loving father, brother, son, and an amazing life partner to Giselle Salioa.
He cherished his family and all of his animals, from his chickens and goats to his three beloved dogs. Hubert enjoyed breeding chickens and was known as a wonderful father and athlete. His devotion, humor, and strength left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his loving partner, Giselle Salioa; his children, Hashel and Hailey Dulay; his brothers, Howel and Harris Dulay; his grandchild, Atlas Dulay; one niece and three nephews; and his cherished fur babies, Hank, Happy, and Stuffy.
