Ida Isabelle Van Noy, 84-year-old resident of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away February 11, 2011 in Midwest City, Okahoma. Born January 13, 1927 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Walter Herbert Spencer and Irene I. Wilkerson Spencer. Ida was a longtime bank teller. Survivors include 2 daughters, Sharon Robinons of Tulsa, OK; and Janice Timmie of Yukon, OK; and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City, Oklahoma with Pastor Mark Matthews officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Oklahoma City, OK.
