Janet Holt, age 70 of Midwest City, passed away at her home April 14, 2015. She was born July 26, 1944 in Fort Smith, AR to Gilbert Carter, Sr. and Artie (Kersey) Gilbert. She was a very hard worker working three to four jobs at a time. Janet was a production worker at the Chromalloy Company working on gas turbines. Her parents, one sister; Judith Collins and one brother, Gilbert “Sonny” Carter, Jr. all preceded her in death. Survivors include her daughter: Terri Willard and husband Terry of Del City; one son, Jr. Holt of Midwest City; one grandson, Austin Holt; one Grand Daughter, Kayla Holt; one great-grandchild on the way; and one brother: Bill Carter. Graveside services will be held Monday, April 20, 2015 at 2:00pm at Arlington Memory Gardens directed by Bill Eisenhour Northeast Funeral Home.
