

JoAnn passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 88 years old. She was preceded in death by her father, Abe White; mother, Ethel White; husband, Bill Fisher; son, Gary Henderson; son-in-law, Clayton Lashley; son-in-law, Mike Allen; sister, Floretta Drew; and brothers, Ronnie, Larry, Gerald, and Marvin White.
She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Lashley and Karen Allen; stepson, Austin Fisher and wife Gayle; her grandkids, Jason and Ashly Henderson, Dustin and Corena Lashley, Brandon Allen and fiancée Emily Jefferson, Mandi and Kaelen Knight, Trae and Shannell Fisher, Brian and Leah Lashley, and Craig Lashley; also, her 15 great-grandchildren, Briana, Noah, Olivia, Ledger, Barrett, Pierson, Zak, Gage, Madison, Ethan, Kaylyn, Makayla, Harley, Chase, and Cash.
She loved all her siblings and in-laws, and was proceeded in death by several, but survived by: Linda and Terry Canary, Billy and Jonita White, Sue White, Luetta White, Larry and Terry Fisher, Sue King, Betty and Virgil Yeargain, and numerous nieces and nephews in the White, Henderson, and Fisher families.
JoAnn started working when she was 15 at the White Crown Café in Midwest City, and later worked for Martin’s Café in Harrah. She had a great career at Tinker AFB, retiring from there and then traveling with the love of her life, Bill Fisher.
Our family wants to thank Fountain Brook Assisted Living, and the nurses at Mercy ICU for the care she received.
A visitation for JoAnn will be held Sunday, July 30, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73141. A funeral service will occur Monday, July 31, 2023, at 10 am at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home. No graveside service.
