Karen Lynn Humphrey

January 27, 1953 - March 19, 2017 OKLAHOMA CITY Karen Lynn Humphrey passed away March 19, 2017 at 64 years old. She was born January 27, 1953 to Dean & Velma Gothard. She is survived by her husband, Steve Humphrey; daughter, Alisha Humphrey; son, David Humphrey; sister, Cindy Daugherty; and brothers, Danny, Doyle & Doran Gothard. Karen was the most loving, caring and care-free person and her inner light shined on anyone in her presence. She was a friend to many and to anyone that needed it. Some of her favorite things were gardening, cooking for everyone she could and going to church with her family. She had a passion and love for music and could always be found playing the piano, singing or going to listen to music. She loved her family and children more than anything in the world and did everything for them up until the day of her untimely passing. She always loved angels and now she is one and with us always. Services will be held at the Central Church of Christ Thursday, March 23, at 2 p.m and she will be laid to rest at Resthaven Cemetery.
