Kathy Lane

Kathy lived in Waurika, Oklahoma, attending high school there before moving to Holdenville, Oklahoma and later Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She eventually settled in Mustang, Oklahoma in 2023 with her grandson Michael London, who cared for her through her final years. Kathy fell in love with John W. Lane, and they got married in 1975. The couple spent life together in bliss for thirty-five years before John’s passing on May 28, 2010.

She enjoyed working in her garden, watching OU college football, and loved playing games in the evenings with family and friends. Kathy would play her favorite oldies and classic Country and Western music, and she never turned down the chance to watch Johnny Carson or any other show from her younger years.

Her favorite colors were red and pink, displaying her strength and sweetness. For forty years, Kathy and John successfully ran their own business. She taught her family the importance of working hard and being polite to others. Kathy was a loving person who often went out of her way to lend a helping hand.

She is preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Nora Harbour, husband John Lane, son Gary W. London, grandson Gregory D. Londonbrothers Tommy Harbour, Don Harbour, Ronald Harbour and spouse Margie Wilton Harbour, and Mac Harbour and spouse Maryann Harbour, sisters Corene Berry and spouse Al Berry, Evelyn Allen and spouse Jack Allen, Margie Newton and spouse Ken Newton, and son-in-law Jimmy Hill.

Kathy will forever be cherished by her children, Ronald D. London and spouse Janet A. London of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Dianna Deal and spouse Jimmy Deal of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Carolyn Hill of Harrah, Oklahoma, daughter-in-law Marleta London of Manassas, Virginia, sisters-in-law Nelly Harbour of Wichita Falls, Texas, Hava Harbour of Hugo, Oklahoma, ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
