Lois Rudene Hunter, 85, passed away on October 28th, 2022. Born in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Gibson Battiest and Velma Hudson. She attended Wheelock and Chilocco schools. She enjoyed going to church every Sunday, and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her strong spirit and inner strength. She is survived by her children Regina Valles, Patrick Hunter, Sharon Hunter, and Delores Hunter. Her grandchildren Isaiah Hunter, Isaac Hunter, Mariana Garcia, Sophia Hunter, Oliver Hunter, Michael Valles, Lisa Herrera, Erica Herrera, Katy Herrera, and Isabel Herrera. She was preceded in death by her son, Victor Hunter. The funeral service will be held on November 2nd, 2022, at 11:00 am at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services with internment at Sunny Lane Funeral Home and Cemetery.
