Martha Ruth Williams

Martha Ruth Williams, 76, passed away May 21, 2019. She was born September 1, 1942 in Santa Rosa, Texas, to Arley Louis Chamberlain and Mary Harriett (Randolph) Chamberlain. After graduating high school in Raymondville, Texas, Martha moved to Oklahoma where she attended Bethany Nazarene College.

Church was always a major part of Martha’s everyday life. She was a devout member of the Landmark United Pentecostal Church in Yukon, Oklahoma. Martha retired from Sears in 1992 and enjoyed spending time at Lake Eufaula with her best friend and loving husband of 44 years, Gerald Ray Williams, until he passed away in 2009.

Martha is survived by her children Sharon Badilla and her husband Rick, Linda McGuire and her husband Akira, Donny Williams, and Kathy Williams; granddaughter Carly McCarty; brothers, Daniel Chamberlain, Phillip Chamberlain, Samuel Chamberlain, Arley Chamberlain, Nathan Chamberlain, James Chamberlain and Fred Chamberlain.

Visitation will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Services will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
