Michael Wayne. Baker, 81, of Harrah, Oklahoma, passed away on March 27th, 2026.
He was born on August 2nd, 1944, in Seminole, Oklahoma, to Isaac and Moatt Baker (Parker). He married his devoted Wife of almost 50 years, Pamela Baker (Patterson), on October 23rd, 1976, in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
Mike was a devoted father to four children:
• Brandi Natale (Baker)
• Brandon Baker
• Beau Baker
• Blaine Baker
He was a proud grandfather to Chase, Connor, and Colton Natale; Bailey and her husband, Dejaun Deberry and a delighted great grandfather to Hendrix Deberry.
Mike moved from Seminole, OK to Shattuck his freshman year where he graduated from Shattuck High School in 1962. He spent the remainder of his life in Harrah Ok, working in the oil field, following in his father’s footsteps before eventually taking over the family business, Baker Power Tongs. Later, he poured his energy and pride into helping his children build their own future as they established the largest well drilling company in the state of Oklahoma, Aqua Well Drilling—a chapter he supported wholeheartedly with deep love and devotion.
Those who knew him will remember his unwavering love for his family, his sharp wit, and his passion for classic cars. His presence filled a room, and his humor and warmth left a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Baker; his children and their spouses, Brandi and Bobby Natale, Brandon and Stacey Baker, Beau Baker, and Blaine Baker; his grandchildren Chase, Connor, and Colton Natale, Bailey and Dejaun Deberry; and his great grandchild, Hendrix Deberry. He is also survived by his sister, Janet Stevens; niece, Krista Freeman; nephew, Kerry Don Stevens; two great nieces; and three great great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Isaac (IL) and Moatt Baker, and his brother, Larry Baker.
A visitation will be held on Friday, April 3rd from 4-8pm, a service to honor his life will be held on April 4th, 2026, at 2pm. All services will be held at Bill Eisenhour NE Funeral Home in Oklahoma City.
The burial will follow immediately after the service at the Memory Lane Cemetery in Harrah, OK
His memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
