Michael Roy Mefford, 55, of Harrah, Oklahoma passed away August 26, 2015. He was born November 26, 1959 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Jack Edwin and Sandra A. (Powell) Mefford. Michael was a former Pastor for the church now known as Solid Rock Community Church formerly known as Choctaw Pentecostal Holiness Church in Choctaw, Oklahoma. He also retired from Tinker Air Force Base after a career as a jet engine mechanic. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching NASCAR and racing. Michael loved all people, but most of all he loved his children and grandchildren. He is survived by son, Jason Mefford; daughter, Misti Mefford and her 3 children, Izayah Michael, M’Kenzie Debra, and August Michelle; father, Jack Mefford and wife Ann; brothers, Lee Mefford and wife Ann and Mark Mefford; as well as a host of family members and friends. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Sandy Mefford. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. September 4, 2015 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Funeral home with burial to follow at Kolb Cemetery.
