Dear Mary,

We all mourn the tremendous lost of one of the greatest men I every had the privilege to personally know, Wade. He always called me Uncle Tom never Lieutenant because we were true brothers.

I respectfully send my deepest condolences to especially you & Emily & all your family members. Wade never, never stopped talking about You & Emily. He loved you ever so dear.

Wade was definitely a man of God and a born again believer in our precious Savior Jesus - He expressed this to me time and time again while we worked together at the Airport being best of friends.

I will miss Wade oh so very, very much - I have cried for Wade but blessed assurance, Wade is now in the most loving arms of Jesus. 

I should only be ecstatically happy for Wade knowing he has finished the ultimate race and now rests in heavenly peace with His and our Lord Jesus.

I know with all my being that Wade is now Patiently Waiting for all of us to come Home - so once again we can all be together! What a sheer joy it is to know the promise from the Only One and True God - Eternal Salvation.

Mary, Wade is in a far better place now then our minds could ever comprehend or conceive. I know everyone will miss Him so much but I now only wait for the thrill of Eternal Life to meet Wade again in our prefect immortal body's.

I wish I could say or do more during this time of grief but Wade knows my heart.

Tenkiller Lake Realty learned of Wade's passing today.  We know how much you will miss your brother.  We are pleased that you were able to be in Oklahoma City to be a help to your family at this difficult time. May Wade rest in peace. Gone to soon.

While Wades pastor for just a short time I grew to respect and honor him as a husband, father and friend. Long after I left Hillcrest Baptist Church, Wade continued to bless my life. I can truly say that Wade Taylor was the kind of church member that every pastor prays for.

Wade was such a good friend & co-worker.  I was blessed to have worked with him in the budget office.  He always made you laugh, or say something to you to brighten your day.  He had a great sense of humor.  He will truly be missed.

I did not personally know Wade, but he rented a place to my elderly Mother-in-law for a long time.  He helped her in many ways and she thought the world of him.  My condolences and may the Lord comfort his family.

I grew up with Wade at Hillcrest and he always made me laugh.  He was a good friend and became such a good man.  The service was a beautiful way to honor him and the Lord whom he served.  We will continue to pray for you in the days and weeks ahead.

Wade was one of the most intelligent men I have ever known, and at the same time one of the most humble.  He would frequelty refer to himself as, "Supperman" or "The Abdominal Slow Man". He could always make me laugh. He had connections everywhere, and he could accomplish anything with a couple of phone calls.  He knew the location of every Braums in the metro, and always used them as meeting spots when he worked in Special Projects. I wish I had a dollar for every time he would, "Double Dog Dare" me to do something. His dedication to his faith and his family is unparalleled. I will miss you, my friend! As glorious a place as it is, I know even Heaven brightened a little when you humbly made your entrance.

We will miss Wade very much.

Wade was a member of the Sunday School class I teach at Grace Place Baptist Church for a number of years (I don't remember exactly when we met). His contributions to our discussions showed spirital maturity, insight, and wisdom. He also became a great friend outside of the church walls. He was a very intelligent man who always displayed humility rather than pride.

I truly grew to love Wade as a true Christian brother.

My heart goes out to you, Mary and Emily, and my prayers are for you that God will give you comfort and strenth through this very difficult time. I am confident that Wade is with his Lord and that you will see him again.

I knew Wade thur my sons who went to Hillcrest Church & played softball.  Also his mother Sally.  My heart & prayers are with you at this time.  I know he was loved and will be greatly missed.May GOD be with all of his family.

We worked with Wade in Special Projects.  Even though he was very busy, he always had time to stop and tell us a funny story.  We can still see that big grin on his face.  He was a very wise man who knew it all, but was not a know-it-all.  He was kind of scary looking with his long scraggly beard, as was a lot of the officers who worked in narcotics, but there is no doubt that he was one of the good guys. I'm sorry for your loss.  Wade always made me laugh.  He liked to joke around but always in a kind and funny way.  He was a good man and he will be missed.

I know the Lord welcomed Uncle Wade with open arms!  I am truly blessed to have him as an uncle.  His kind spirit and jokes will be missed. I can't think of a better angel in heaven to watch over us.

Officer Taylor was a kind and gentle man that will truly be missed.  My thoughts and prayers are with his loving family, friends, and co-workers.

There will never be another like Wade, I will think of him every day.  He was the best there ever was, in profession, in faith, and as a friend.  I loved Wade like a brother and will try to measure up to him, and I now have a guardian angel.    There was never a day gone by that Wade was not doing someone a favor. My wife and I have been following the Taylor Family's struggle through RPOA bulletins for some time now.  We know that Wade fought the good fight and was supported by loving family and friends through his ordeal.  You have all been an ideal example of how to cope with a troubling situation such as this.

Wade's passing is truly a great shock as I believed Wade could go through a brick wall if he wanted. I played softball with Wade at Hillcrest Baptist Church and this guy was always up ready to go. His smile and zest for life will be missed.

Wade was one of those officers who could handle any situation with just speaking softly. I admired him for being able to do that. He was so kind and cared so much for others. Tim and I will miss him but he will be inour hearts. 
Wade, you are now patrolling the streets of Heaven and we will take the watch from here. Rest in Peace brother

My best friend has gone on but his memory will live forever.  I have been extremely blessed to know Wade and been a part of his family, because that is how Wade treated me.  I know that you miss him and can't understand why he was taken cause we need him here as much as heaven needs him.  I am blessed to have seen him and partake of his love for you, Emily and the rest of his family.  I truly noticed his great love for you and I noticed that he only had eyes for you, his sweet bride. I remember Wade as a Man's man. He was gentle and kind. I was proud to have graduated with Wade and to serve for a time as part-time minister at Hillcrest Baptist. I knew Wade through his mother, Cecelia (Sally) Taylor and I know that any man that treasures his mother the way Wade did was a very special person.  He and his mother were able to tease with one another and laugh together and have such fun.   What wonderful memories to cherish. She often told me of the closeness he, Mary and Emily shared and the fun they would have when on a family vacation  I know that anyone who shared in his life can have nothing but happy memories.  What a legacy he has left!!!

   I knew Wade for 15 years, mostly through scheduling OCPD active and retired officers for WalMart security.
   We hit it off from the start and became good friends and I could always depend on Wade to give me honest and good information whenever I called him.
   He will be missed and remembered by so many and I was proud to call him a friend.
