She was born November 5, 1940 to Dr. W.T. & Charline McBride in Tulsa, OK. Nancy graduated from Duncan High School in 1959 and remained closely connected with many of her classmates throughout her life, cherishing friendships that spanned decades.
In her adult life, Nancy lived between Oklahoma and Texas, forming lasting friendships and creating memories wherever she went. She laid permanent roots in Texas when she married the love of her life, Charles Hall, on Valentine’s Day in 1996.
Together, Nancy and Charles spent many happy years on their ranch in Marble Fall raising Quarter Horses and enjoying weekends at the rodeo. If she wasn’t helping Charles, she could be found decorating every inch of their home to perfection, painting her nails red, drinking Dr. Pepper, shopping for the trendiest clothes, cheering on the OSU Cowboys, or spending time with her granddaughter McKenzie during her summer visits. In her later life, you would always find her with her precious Yorkie, Sadie Lou Hall.
Above all else, Nancy’s most treasured role in life was being a mother to her son, Michael Rance Jackson. Her love, devotion, and pride in him were constant and unwavering, and this bond remained the greatest joy of her life until his passing in 2012.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles, her son Rance, and niece Ronda Dickerson. She is survived by granddaughters McKenzie Jackson (Tyler) and Kelli Travis (Gil), great grandchildren Landon, Madyson, Lincoln, Maverick and Jax, daughter-in-law Lori Jackson, brother Charles Lyn McBride (Geralyn), nieces, nephews and friends.
Services will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 10:30am at Resurrection Cemetery Chapel in Oklahoma City. Funeral arrangements under the direction of Advantage Funeral & Cremation Service-South OKC.
